Lhabab Duchen Prayers

Please join us for practice on the auspicious day of Lhabab Duchen, one of the most sacred days of the Buddhist year which commemorates Buddha Shakyamuni’s descent from the god realm after traveling there to liberate his mother from cyclic existence and benefit the gods. It is considered so auspicious and beneficial to practice on this day that any merit accumulated is said to multiply 10 million times.
Lamas will lead us in the following practices:
– Prayer to the Eight Noble Auspicious Ones
– Great Cloud of Blessings
– Recalling the Noble Three Jewels
– Treasury of Blessings (Buddha Shakyamuni Sadhana)
– Prayer to the 16 Arhat Elders
