Losar Gutor – Day 1

Leading up to the Tibetan New Year (Losar), NPDC has organized pujas at Guru Lhakhangto help clear obstacles, increase positive circumstances, and receive the blessing of the Three Jewels so that we may start the new year afresh and ensure a smooth year to come.

In order to purify all accumulated negativities of the past year and pacify obstacles of the coming year, for two days we will perform the extensive Gutor ritual based on the Vajrakilaya sadhana from the revelations of Ratna Lingpa, which will conclude with the burning of the zorchen torma.

Although we do not have an English translation of the Vajrakilaya puja text, please join us so we can as a group receive the blessings of the Three Jewels. All are welcome to participate, either in person at Guru Lhakhang or remotely via Zoom or Facebook.
