Dear Sangha,

The Tibetan New Year is coming soon and we are looking forward to celebrating, albeit in a modest way because of the pandemic. We hope that with the blessing of the Three Jewels and our lineage lamas that the new year will bring us peace, happiness, and prosperity, and we can resume our normal lives.

We will do the Gutor to avert the adversities of the coming year, and keep the center open on Tibetan New Year’s Day. All times are EST:

2 pm – 4 pm  Afternoon session

February 12, 2021
9 am – 10 am Prayer to the Sixteen Elders and other prayers

This program will be live on Zoom and Facebook – please see the links below. For those who wish to visit the center on Losar, we request that you follow these guidelines to keep everyone safe:

• Everyone must wear a mask
• Everyone must check their temperature at the door and leave their name, phone number, and time of visit
• Only three visitors can be in the temple at a time
• Everyone must keep the recommended social distance
• Please do not socialize around the temple after you get the blessings
